Cherryl & Jim – their wedding day – The Grove, NJ

Cherryl and Jim had the honor of being the very first wedding to be hosted at the hot new venue here in New Jersey – The Grove. With the weather being chilly at the tail-end of winter, it was just as well that The Grove has large, beautiful interiors – an easy place to get romantic portraits of the couple, as well as do all the group photos. A photographer’s dream – a lovely couple at a great venue.

Cherryl’s prep was at the Grove, but their ceremony was at a nearby church. Cherryl is of Filipino descent, so the church ceremony was steeped in the specific traditions, including the tying of the cord and the veil over the bride and groom. Then we all headed back to the reception venue for the party.
