Anne & Mike – their wedding day – Maritime Parc, NJ

I first met Anne where she was a guest at her friend, Nima’s wedding. We struck up a conversation when I realized that Anne is also into photography. Nearly a year later, I had the privilege of photographing Anne and Mike’s wedding – two camera-shy but lovely people.

With Maritime Parc being right next to Liberty State Park, we had to use the majestic Manhattan skyline as a backdrop for some of the portraits. Towards sunset, (right after the ceremony), Anne and Mike went down to the waterfront again for portraits. I really like the way these images came out, drenched in the late afternoon sunlight.
