Portrait Information & Pricing

Prelimary to the shoot, we'll discuss expectations of the the shoot, and discuss ideas and requests.  We'll also discuss what to wear, and any other questions that might come up.  My intention is that a shoot be relaxed and fun.

More About The Sessions:

Portraiture sessions and family photographs are done on location, but can also be done at your home. A location session lasts around an hour, and a session at your home around 45 minutes.

I do have backdrops for when photographing at people's homes, but I much rather prefer photographing people in their surroundings. My intention with a portrait is to show someone as they are and I want people to feel comfortable when being photographed, and a backdrop is more of an intrusion at times.

I travel anywhere within a 15 mile radius of Wayne, NJ. 
Outside of that, some travel fee might apply.


Session Fee:  starts at $250
This fee includes an online gallery, and a set of 4x6 print proofs.

The session fee is paid in advance.
All print orders are paid for at the time of ordering online.

The high-reslution images on a CD, can be ordered for an additional $150. With this I will include a folder with email-sized images, ready for use.


Editing of images:

I normally change some images to Black & White, and a few to Sepia tinted, as part of the proofing. Since I shoot digitally, it's a fairly simple matter to change any photograph to B&W for the album or extra prints, or to change any photo back to colour that was proofed as a B&W image.

I can edit blemishes, but only for the final prints. This has to be requested at the time of ordering the prints.
