I had a great time working with my good friend David Mielcarek as the 2nd photographer at Viviana and Chris’s wedding.  Congrats to you, Viviana and Chris! 

With Amy and Joe being one of the nicest couples I’ve met this year, and with Amy’s irrepressible energy, theirs was also one of the easiest and most fun weddings I’ve photographed this year.  And I’ll let the images stand as proof of that …

The reception was held at The Valley Regency in Clifton, NJ and remains one of my favourite venues to photograph weddings at.

One of the final highlights of the evening was when Amy sang a heartfelt ’All I Want Is You’ for Joe.

While I am still busy editing Amy and Joe’s wedding, in the meantime here is the slideshow I had up during Amy’s wedding reception.  There are about 100 images showing some of the highlights and funny moments during the day, right up until the start of the reception.  My friend Berit helped me out as the 2nd photographer, so a fair number of the images here were shot by her.

Johanna and Aaron’s wedding was one of the weddings where I anticipated a lot of energy.  From their engagement session already I already knew what to expect - a gorgous and charming couple (and Aaron’s sense of humour) - with the result being many outstanding photos that I am quite proud of.

Mark Gardner kindly helped me out on this wedding as the 2nd photographer.  This image of Aaron and his dad goofing around during the family formals session, was shot by Mark.

Weeell .. not really.  While photographing Johanna and Aaron, this group of bikers walked past and when they congratulated the couple I then invited them all in for a group shot. Pretty cool.

Johanna and Aaron’s reception had one of the liveliest parties I’ve ever been to at any wedding!

Johanna and Aaron, thank you and congratulations. 

The genuine affection between Jennifer and David made it easy to get romantic images of the two of them on their wedding day. It also helped that the ceremony and reception were held at one of my favourite venues, The Tides, which was the perfect setting.
