For their engagement photo session, we decided on one of the most popular locations in this area - Lambert Castle on Garrett Mountain.  The soft light of the early evening, at an always beautiful setting … and we have images that shows a lovely couple off to their best.

Congratulations to Michelle and Gary, on their wedding on Friday, August 11. The day started with photographs of Michelle and her bridesmaids’ preparation at a salon, and ended up at the Ramsey Country Club.

I especially like this photo of Michelle and Gary. The late afternoon sun was a slight problem with the formal photographs of the families, but for the portraits of Michelle and Gary, I turned it around and used the sun flare - appropriately giving the image a lot of warmth.

An aspect of wedding photography that I love, is how it allows me beautiful glimpses such as this (photographed during the church ceremony) - the clear look of adoration in this mother’s eyes.  :)

Ellen and John were married this past Sunday (Aug 5th) at an outdoor ceremony at the Old Mil Inn, in Spring Lake, NJ.
